The initial design consultation to understand how the space will be used. We carefully consider our client's lifestyles, requirements, and personal needs, to create their luxurious dream home or project. This enables us to tailor every project to each individual client, to create a look that sensitively reflects our clients’ preferences and ideals.

Following the initial consultation, we work with our client’s style and taste to create the initial designs and decorative specifications. We create floor plans with room to room flow, furniture placement, lighting arrangements, and upon approved drawings we produce scale drawings. We present the plans and drawings to our client along with samples of proposed finishes and fabrics for consideration and approval.

The design development stage is where our client sees further clarification of drawings, materials, bespoke cabinetry, flooring, or furnishings. Working CAD drawings are produced and any specialist services are scheduled. All selections of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment will be finalized and a job specification list produced. On client approval, work will commence with contracts/procurement of all FF &E. We provide full communication on each part of your project, keeping you informed with relevant information and aiding you in all decisions. Our goal is to keep you on budget and within a time frame ensuring all deadlines are met.

We work with fully qualified experienced craftsmen and suppliers in all fields to supervise the seamless installation of each part of the project thru to completion. We will transform your living space into your dream vision, staged to the level of your expectations.
